每年一到年終總會讓很多上班族重新思考生涯規劃或轉職等等。尤其看到不少人領了優渥的年終獎金，除了羨慕之外，是否該想想自己要的生活與工作目標為何呢？ Maybe you need a change. 或許你需要改變一下囉！
台灣上班族認為幸福企業應具備的重點指標，包括「薪資佳／每年調薪（51.9％）」、「有好的主管領導（27.9％）」、「公司產業前景佳（27％）」、「有自我發揮的空間與自主權 （26.7％）」、「能準時上下班（時間彈性）（25.9％）」。 那你心目中的幸福企業的指標為何呢？
 
而大多數人在找工作時最重視的就是薪資與福利了，現在就來談談英文的相關字彙！
fringe benefits(福利)：they are compensations made to an employee beyond the regular benefit of being paid for their work 員工在薪資以外的津貼或額外的服務
A: What factors are important to you in a career? Salary, travel opportunities,
job security, job satisfaction, company reputation, fringe benefits, or working hours?
你選擇職業時什麼因素是很重要的？ 薪水、出差機會、工作的安全感、工作的滿足感、公司名聲、福利、還是工作時間？
B: For me, the most important factors are salary and fringe benefits.
對我來說，最重要的因素為薪水與福利。
A: Don’t you think job security and job satisfaction are important factors?
你不覺得工作的安全感與滿足感也是重要因素嗎？
B: Maybe, but less important than the others.
或許吧，但比起其他兩個因素還是略遜一籌。

perks=allowance (津貼)      employee stock options (員工股票認權)

IELTS(雅思)和TOEFL(托福)寫作的最大不同點在於IELTS寫作的Task 1。在這個項目同學有20分鐘的時間，寫出約150字描述圖表重點。這個圖表可能會是一個table(一覽表)、bar chart(柱狀圖)、pie chart(圓餅圖)或是line graph(曲線圖)等。

marry這個詞也是我常常在上課時聽到的錯誤用法
marry是及物動詞，請不要把它想成｢結婚｣，而要想成是｢嫁、娶｣。
例：She married him for his money. 她為了他的財產而嫁給他。
I'm going to marry her next year. 我明年要娶她。
